Title or authority-to-sell document reviewed by DealPH.

Verified Dealer

Dealer permit checked and renewed annually.

Verified Broker

PRC broker licence checked and renewed annually.

Report, dispute, resolve

    Report

    Flag a listing or message from the listing page. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

  2. 02

    Dispute

    Open a dispute within 7 days of delivery or handover. Seller payout stays on hold while the issue is open.

  3. 03

    Resolve

    The DealPH team reviews the thread, photos and courier record and records a decision.

    Both parties agree

    Buyer and seller explicitly agree to use DealPH Payment Protection, including the applicable 5% seller service fee.

  2. 02 · Pay
    Secure payment

    The buyer completes payment through DealPH's supported payment provider.

  3. 03 · Receive
    Delivery

    The seller ships or delivers the item. The buyer receives the package.

  4. 04 · Inspect & report
    Record the unboxing

    Record one continuous, unedited video: the sealed package, the full opening, and counting or inspecting every item. It's required evidence for missing, wrong or damaged-item claims.

  5. 05 · Complete
    Payment release

    Once the inspection and dispute period ends with no unresolved claim, the order completes and payment release follows the Payment Protection rules.
