1. About DealPH

DealPH is an online marketplace that lets people in the Philippines list, discover, negotiate and transact for property, vehicles, goods, rentals and services.

DealPH is a venue. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, DealPH is not the owner, seller, broker, agent, lessor or service provider of anything listed, and is not a party to the agreement between buyer and seller.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Responsibilities of each party

Sellers, owners and agents are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, for holding the right to sell or lease what they list, for any licence their activity requires (for example PRC licensing for real estate brokers and salespersons), and for taxes and fees owed on their sales.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and properties, reviewing documents, and doing their own due diligence before committing.

Payment providers process payments under their own terms. DealPH does not hold a banking or money-transmission licence and does not itself store card or e-wallet credentials.

DealPH is responsible for operating the platform, applying these Terms and its policies consistently, and handling reports and reviews as described in our policies.

4. Offers, auctions and orders

An accepted offer, a winning bid or a Buy Now purchase creates an order. Orders follow the timelines shown on the order page, including reservation and payment deadlines; unpaid orders may expire.

Bids are binding commitments to buy at the bid amount if you win.

5. Prohibited conduct

No fraudulent, misleading or illegal listings; no counterfeit or prohibited items; no harassment; no attempts to move payment off-platform to avoid DealPH Payment Protection; no interference with the platform's security.

DealPH may remove content, pause listings or restrict accounts that break these Terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DealPH is not liable for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of items or properties listed by others, or for the acts of buyers, sellers or payment providers. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines or other law that cannot be limited by contract.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will show the date of the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
