Property Listing Guidelines

Who may list
Property may be listed by the registered owner, or by a person authorised in writing by the owner. Brokers and salespersons should hold the licences required by the Real Estate Service Act (RA 9646) and say so in their listing.
Accurate information
State the property type, whether it is for sale or rent, price, location, floor and lot area, and furnishing honestly. Mark foreclosed property as foreclosed. Do not use photos of a different property.
Buyer due diligence
DealPH does not verify land titles unless a listing shows a Property Verified badge. Buyers should check the title with the Registry of Deeds, confirm tax declarations and dues, and use a licensed professional before paying a reservation or down payment.
