1. Scope

This policy explains how DealPH handles personal information. DealPH intends to process personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173); this draft has not yet been reviewed by a data protection officer.

2. Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, city/province), listing content and photos, messages you send through DealPH, offers, bids and orders, delivery addresses you provide at checkout, and seller payout onboarding details.

Technical data such as device and browser information needed to keep the service secure.

Payment card and e-wallet details are entered on the payment provider's page and are not stored by DealPH.

3. How we use it

To run your account, show listings, deliver messages and notifications, process orders, apply DealPH Payment Protection, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

4. Who sees it

Your public profile and listings are visible to everyone. Your email and phone are not shown publicly. A shipping address is shared with the seller only for an order that needs it.

We share data with service providers that help run DealPH (hosting, payments) and with authorities where the law requires.

5. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, subject to legal record-keeping duties. Contact us through the details on our Contact page.

6. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example transaction records). Access to private data is restricted by account and role.
