Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before payment
A buyer or seller may cancel an order before it is paid. Orders that are not paid by the deadline expire automatically and the listing becomes available again.
After payment
Once an order is paid, it cannot simply be cancelled. If something is wrong — not received, not as described, wrong or damaged item — report an issue from the order page during the protection window.
If DealPH's review decides a refund is due, the refund is returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank or e-wallet.
Current status
Refund decisions are recorded today; automated refund processing will be switched on together with seller payouts. Until then, DealPH will contact affected buyers directly.
